Rachel

Clinical Director
Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Rachel was first introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis during a summer internship in her undergrad studies at Montana State University. Throughout that experience and the following year, she discovered her love for working with children and families using evidence-based behavioral principles. Her desire to gain more experience led her to the Virginia Institute of Autism shortly after graduation. In Virginia, she was immersed in the ABA world while working in an intensive day school and later in an outpatient setting while completing her BCBA and master’s coursework. Rachel moved back to Montana in 2016 and began working with Pediatric Therapy Clinic shortly after, helping to grow their presence in the Gallatin County. Rachel finds so much joy in being able to connect with families and help them achieve meaningful goals.

Cristin

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cristin began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2007, while pursuing her graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at California State University, Northridge.  Her graduate studies focused on improving the quality of life for families of children with autism. While working with the Lovaas Institute in Los Angeles, Cristin fell in love with the data-driven science of behavior analysis, as well as the personal connections made with her clients, families, and colleagues. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015.

Cristin moved to Bozeman in 2019 and joined the team at Pediatric Therapy Clinic. Her goal is to create autonomy, joy and meaningful relationships for her clients, ensuring every individual is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Karly

Speech Language Pathologist

Rooted in personal experience and ignited by her love for kids, Karly has been a speech-language pathologist since 2019. Karly completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Montana State University and went on to earn a Master’s in Communicative Sciences and Disorders at the University of Montana. Her final graduate internship brought her to Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego where she stayed and expanded her clinical training for four years. A Montana native, Karly was thrilled to return to Bozeman to serve her community and empower individuals with communication differences and diverse learning styles. Karly enjoys working closely with families to provide home programming and education that promotes generalization of progress and confidence beyond the clinic
